REFRAMING WHO YOU ARE
When you are being called “difficult” or “too much”- question for who? And by what standards are we all going by?
Are you “being difficult” or are you just an inquisitive and intuitive human being grappling with current paradigms that don’t make any sense to you?
Are you “too much” or have you been stuffed in a box of conformity and expected to wear these societally appropriate masks designed to squash your unique radiance and queer AF essence?
Are you “acting selfish” or are you just brilliant at honoring your time, value, and space and are a badass at communicating your own needs, desires, and boundaries?
Are you a “troublemaker” or have you become an empowered person with a voice and is now a threat to what your generational conditioning and societally oppressive culture has traditionally confined you in?
Check your Self. Pay careful heed to your environment.
The key is discernment.
Where are you giving your power away?
Where can you feel more empowered to keep doing you regardless of outcome and expectation of approval and acceptance?
We are the ones responsible in learning how to create and nurture spaces that can hold us without holding us down.
Create your new thought patterns. Occupy and claim your space. Keep taking risks. Keep stepping into you fullest expression of your self that your environment/family/past relationships didn’t and couldn’t mirror.
Understand that mainstream society might not be ready for you yet. You early adopter/wayshower/breaker of walls/“the first of our kind”…you are the one at the battle fields of doing the work of AUTHENTIC LIVING AND FULL ON EXPRESSION that decades down the line, someday will be calling CULTURE.
Keep trusting in your own intuition and affirmation. And yes, it’s fucking lonely sometimes. You’re going to get stares of incredulous “are you a real person” down this road. You’re going to get met with people who can’t meet you at your fullest capacity because they’re too scared beyond their coping mechanisms to look within to notice what is real and what isn’t within their own reality. Do not be strayed off course. Don’t ever doubt the badass that you are.
How bright are you willing to shine? How dark can you really let yourself go? How conscious are you of the vastness of your soul?
